Secondary School

Students enter the Secondary school in Year 7 (age 11) and are taught by British subject specialists.

Each class has a Form Tutor who has the important role of co-ordinating the pupils’ academic progress, as well as their social development.

A full range of subjects are taught at this level, regulated by the British Curriculum in preparation for IGCSE/GCSE courses in Year 10.


Students have one class of Spanish everyday and can choose French two times per week.

Students are taught respect and confidence in a friendly, yet advanced academic enviroment. An experience they will take with them forever.

IGCSE/GCSE Year 10-11

This two year examination course, set by Edexcel Examination Centre in the UK,is approved by the Joint Council of British Universities.

The students study up to nine subjects in preparation for the award of the International General Certificate of Secondary Education (IGCSE). The compulsory studies are Mathematics, English, Spanish, Information Technology, Sports Studies and Science.

Optional subjects include French or History and Art.

New subjects may be added in the future, depending on demand.
